All payments will be charged to the same card. We do not require any further details of your card until we contact you to advise the status of your booking request.

For travel within 3 months of booking: the full amount of your invoice will be charged to your card on confirmation.

For travel later than 3 months of booking: a non-refundable deposit of £25 per person will be charged to your card on confirmation, and the balance due will be charged to your card 1 month before your first arrival date.

Vouchers covering the full cost of all accommodation confirmed will be sent to you once full payment has been made.

Booking Conditions

All bookings are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1.	A booking fee of £6.00 (plus VAT) is charged to cover administration and communications costs: the booking fee will be included on your final invoice and covers the whole booking, irrespective of the number of persons travelling or the number of Paradors requested/ confirmed.
2.	Cancellations. If advised in writing to KEYTEL INTERNATIONAL four working days or more in advance of the first arrival date, all payments received - less a cancellation charge of £25.00 per person - will be refunded in full. If advised within four working days of the first arrival date, in addition to the cancellation charge the total cost of the first night's stay at each Parador booked will be deducted from the total refund. In the case of a 'no-show', no refund whatsoever will be made. Any credit card surcharge that applies is not refundable. All claims for refunds must be supported by the cancellation reference supplied by Keytel International. We strongly recommend that you obtain adequate insurance cover against enforced cancellation.
3.	Amendments. Any amendments required to bookings already confirmed requiring invoicing adjustments will be subject to a charge of £10.00 per booking.
4.	Payment may be made either by credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) or by debit card (MAESTRO/SWITCH/DELTA). Payments by credit card will incur a surcharge of 3%.
5.	The prices shown may be changed at any time during the year, and are subject to major fluctuations in exchange rates. Until full payment has been made, we reserve the right to issue an amended invoice should this be necessary as a result of major currency fluctuation; however, no currency surcharge whatsoever will be made in respect of any booking for which full payment is received within 10 days of invoice date
